蛇伤1号合剂对眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清SOD及MDA的影响

Effect of Sheshang I Mixture Therapy on SOD and MDA in Patients by Naja Bite

目的观察蛇伤I号合剂对眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法将68例患者随机分两组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服蛇伤I号合剂;1周后测定两组患者血清SOD活力及MDA含量。结果两组SOD均明显增加,MDA明显减少,但治疗组SOD增加及MDA减少更为明显。结论蛇伤I号合剂能降低眼镜蛇咬伤患者血清MDA水平,提高其SOD活性,对眼镜蛇咬伤患者有清除氧自由基的作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Sheshang Ⅰ Mixture on SOD and MDA in patients by Naja bite. Methods： 68 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. All patients treated by regular treatment and the treatment group appended with Sheshang Ⅰ Mixture. The SOD and MDA of all patients were determined after 1 week. Results： The level of MDA was obviously reduced in the treatment group compared with control group, significant increases of SOD activity and level were found in the treatment group. Conclusion： Sheshang Ⅰ Mixture might decrease the plasmic MDA and increase the activity of SOD of patients bitten by Naja.
