摘要 目的探讨刺血疗法对实验性脑缺血再灌流大鼠相关脑区(大脑皮层和海马区)HSP70 mRNA的影响。方法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,并取相应穴位刺血,检测HSP70 mRNA含量。结果大鼠缺血后刺血组大脑皮层和海马区HSP70 mRNA表达明显增加。结论刺血可促进脑内HSP70 mRNA表达,通过HSP70调节细胞膜钙离子通道而达到神经保护作用。 Objective: To observe the affection of HSP70mRNA in cerebral cortex and hippocampus part of experimental ischemia and refused rat with pricking blood therapy on emergency points. Methods: Tied up the rat's carotid artery of both side to make the cerebral ischemia and refused model, with RT- PCR method to check the HSPTOmRNA in different time of refuslon, calculate the relative amount. Results: HSPTOmRNA of cerebral cortex and hippocampus part had the dynamic ascending in pricking blood therapy on emergency points group. Conclusion: Pricking blood therapy on emergency points can promote the expression of HSP70mRNA in some brain area which can regulate calcium passage on cell membrane to conserve the nerve.
