摘要
采用不同光照、不同温度和不同消毒处理,对4种当归种子从发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等指标上进行实验.结果表明:在暗培养箱25℃恒温下能明显提高当归种子发芽率;当年的当归种子发芽率明显高于存放1年的;提前抽薹种子的发芽率高于正常种子的;50℃水浴和0.2%高锰酸钾处理在降低当归种子霉变污染的同时,也显著抑制了其发芽率和发芽势.
A study on the seed germination vigor of four species of Angelica sinensis was conducted under by different conditions of light, temperature and sterilization. The result indicated that darkness fostering and 25 ℃ constant temperature fostering could improve germination percentage; germination percentage of the seeds of the new collect angelica sinensis was higher than that of germination percentage of that kept for one year; germination percentage of bolting seed was higher than that of germination percentage of ordinary seed; 50 ℃ water sterilization and 0.2% KMnO4 sterilization could not only reduce moldy condition, but also reduce germination percentage and germination force.
