伊班磷酸钠与帕米磷酸钠对肺癌骨转移的疗效

Study the Effect of Pamidronate Disodium and Ibandronate Monosodium for Lung Cancer with Bone Metastasis

目的比较伊班磷酸钠与帕米磷酸钠对肺癌骨转移的疗效。方法将73例肺癌骨转移患者随机分成2组,分别给予伊班磷酸钠和帕米磷酸钠进行治疗,疗程均为4个月,观察其疗效。结果伊班磷酸钠组和帕米磷酸钠组的起效时间分别为(26.4±3.6)h和(68.2±7.7)h,疗程结束后镇痛有效率分别为88.9%和66.7%,骨相关事件累计发生率分别为11.1%和25.0%,血钙水平分别为(1.66±0.14)mmol/L和(2.21±0.15)mmol/L,两组间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊班磷酸钠比帕米磷酸钠对肺癌骨转移起效快,镇痛作用更有效,预防骨相关事件和降低血钙水平作用更强。

Objective To compare the effect of two kind of sodium sults on the treatment of lung cancer with bone metastasis.Methods 73 patients of lung cancer with bone metastasis were divided into two groups.They were respectively given pamidronate disodium or ibandronate monosodium for 4 months.Results Onset time of the medications in the two groups were 26.4±3.6h vs 68.2±7.7h,Skeletal Related Event（SRE）cumulative incident rates were13.5% vs 25%,Serum concentration of calcium were 2.21±0.15 mmol/l vs 1.66±0.14 mmol/l.Conclusions Compared with the pamidronate disodium,the ibandronate monosodium showed a faster onset time and stronger action to prevent SRE and reduce calcium levels in paitents of lung cancer with bone metastasis.
