摘要
为保护国家基本水文测站日常水文监测工作,根据水文条例的有关规定,提出开展建设项目对水文监测影响评价工作的必要性。从建设项目影响水文监测事件分类出发,提出影响评价步骤、形式和内容,并对评价报告技术审查方式进行了探讨,为水文部门制定评价方案提供参考。
In order to keep normal operation of basic hydrological stations in daily hydrological monitoring, it is necessary to carry out impact assessment of project construction on hydrological monitoring, in line with stipulations of the Hydrology Regulations. Assessment steps, forms and contents are given according to classifications of incidents of construction project influence hydrological monitoring. Technical review and assessment methods are discussed. Moreover, references for water department to draw up a detail impact assessment plan are provided.
