摘要
《户外广告设施钢结构技术规程》(CECS148∶2003),对广告设施钢结构的设计、制作、安装、检测、安全评定等方面作出了规定,在技术上对户外钢结构广告设施的设置提出了明确要求,也为户外钢结构广告设施全方位安全管理的实施提供了理论依据。通过搜集、整理、分析多年来北京地区户外钢结构广告设施检测情况的资料,用大量数据客观反映了北京地区户外钢结构广告设施中存在的问题,分析了出现问题的原因,并提出对户外广告设施进行全方位安全管理的必要性。
It is specified that the design,creating,installation,examination and safety assessment etc for the steel structures of outdoor advertisement facilities according to ＂Technical Specification for Steel Structures of Outdoor Advertisement Facility＂ （CECS 148 ： 2003） . Which provides a theoretic basis for management of the facilities safety. Through collecting and analyzing many examination reports for the steel structures of outdoor advertisement facilities in Beijing, a great deal of data are used to reflect the existing problems of outdoor advertisement facilities objectively, also the reasons are analyzed. At last, it is put forward the necessity of the safety management of outdoor advertisement facilities.
