拮抗细菌处理种薯对马铃薯发芽、植株生长及产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 结合室内含菌平板及温室盆栽防病控病试验,筛选出对马铃薯青枯病有较好防效的4种生防单菌及2种复合菌剂。用筛选出来的生防菌株处理种薯,对种薯的发芽、植株生长及产量都有不同程度的影响。其中A-1、B-2不仅使种薯发芽时间提前,而且较对照株高明显增加,产量也得到提高。 Four antagonistic bacterium and their mixtures, i. e. A-1, A-2, A, B-1, B-2, B, showed good antagonistic activities on Ralstonia solanacearum, the pathogen of BW disease. Potatoes treated by antagonistic bacterium showed different effects on potato sprouting, plant growth and potato yield. And A-1 and B-2 could not only advance the time of sprouting but also increase the plant height and the potato yield.
