摘要
AMMI模型被广泛应用于直观评价作物区域试验中品种(系)对试点的适应性。本研究应用AMMI模型对2005~2006年甘肃省糜子区域试验品种(系)的稳定性进行了分析,结果表明,8702-3-1-3-2-1-3对不同环境具有很好的适应性,属高产稳产品系;9113-1-3-1丰产性好,但对环境变化较敏感,属高产而稳产性差的品系。AMMI模型是评价糜子品种(系)稳定性、适应性和丰产性的有效方法。
As an advanced approach for data analysis of regional trials,the Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) model has been used to evaluate stability of cultivars for a long time. Proso millet regional trial data in 2005 - 2006 in Gansu were analyzed by AMMI model in the paper. The results showed that the cultivar "8702-3-1-3-2-1-3" had better stability and adaptation and higher yield. The cuhivar "9113-1-3-1" had higher yield but less stability. It was suggested that the AMMI model can be used as an efficient approach to evaluate stability, adaptability and yield of proso millet.
