摘要 破坏性水锤的压力所造成的管道和设备破损是目前长距离、高扬程输水系统发生水锤事故的主要原因。内蒙古上都电厂厂外供水工程输水距离长达60km,水泵设计总扬程为2850kPa,全程管道输水,采用一次升压输水方案。为了防止水锤破坏,该工程采用了在输水管道沿线设置双向通气阀、在输水管道控制点设置准调压井、在水泵出口安装液控止回蝶阀和设置气压式调压室等水锤防护措施。该工程现已成功投入运行,效果良好。 The pressure of destructive water hammer which causes damage to pipeline and equipment is the main reason for water hammer accident of long distance and high-lift water conveyance system at present. The water conveyance distance of water supply works outside the Shangdu Power Plant in Inner Mongolia is 60 kin, and the total design head of the pumps is 2 850 kPa. In the whole journey, the pipeline is used to convey water and the single lifting pressure water conveyance scheme is adopted. For preventing the damage caused by water hammer, some measures are taken, including installing some twoway air vent valves along the conveyance pipeline, installing quasi-surge shafts at control points of the conveyance pipeline and installing hydraulic control check butterfly valves and pneumatic surge chambers at outlets of the pumps. This project has already been successfully put into operation now, with good effect.
