摘要
大连北海热电厂以某污水厂二级处理出水为水源,采用生物氧化塔/纤维束和砂滤二级过滤/RO组合工艺,建设了污水深度处理与回用工程(主要用作循环冷却水和锅炉补水处理系统的原水)。运行结果表明,采用单膜法进行污水深度处理是可行的,具有处理效果好、运行稳定、工程投资省、运行费用低等优点。
Taking the secondary effluent from a WWTP as source water, the combined process of biological oxidation tower, secondary filter with fiber bundles and sand filtration and reverse osmosis (RO) was used to construct an advanced wastewater treatment and reuse project in Dalian Beihai Thermal Power Plant. The advanced treatment effluent is mostly used as recirculated cooling water and boiler make-up water. The operation result indicates that using single membrane method is feasible for advanced wastewater treatment. The combined process has advantages such as good treatment effect, stable operation, small investment, low operation cost and so on.
