摘要 在某制革与印染混合废水处理工程的改造设计与运行管理过程中,采取了一系列节能降耗措施,如更换高效射流曝气器、增加曝气挡板、污泥减量化、更换节能水泵以及控制溶解氧、控制加药量、降低水泵扬程等,使运行成本由2.32元/m3降至2.06元/m3,从而为废水处理改造工程的节能降耗提供了借鉴。 During the design and operation management of a reconstruction engineering of tanning, printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, a series of energy saving and consumption reduction measures were taken, such as replacement of high-efficiency jet aerator, addition of aeration baffles, sludge reduction, replacement of energy saving pumps and control of DO, control of chemicals dosage, reduction of pump head and so on. All of these decrease the operation cost from 2.32 yuan/m3 to 2.06 yuan/m3, thus providing reference for energy saving and consumption reduction in wastewater treatment reconstruction engineering.
