摘要
采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)、电感偶合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)及原子荧光光谱仪(AFS)法测定甘肃松属植物针叶中15种动物必需微量元素含量。结果显示,松针富含钴(Co)、钼(Mo)、硒(Se),而重金属含量远远低于标准限量要求。
AAS,ICP-AES and AFS methods were used to determine the content of 15 elements in pine needles that affected the growth and health of animals.According to the results,the content of Co,Mo,Se was much higher than the level in literature, and the content of heavy metal was far less than the standard limit.
