摘要
从逻辑思维的角度,阐述了知识管理与创新的紧迫性、逻辑性、现实性及知识管理与创新的方法论和价值观。从而说明了图书馆的创新素质和创新能力,既对信息的有效组织,对知识的有效管理,充分开发信息资源和人力资源,促进人类的知识活动达到高速度、大范围、高效率、创新性。
Based on the logical view, this paper has expounded the urgency, logic and reality of knowledge management creative, and its innovative methodology and values. And then it has stated the library innovative quality and innovative ability,full,developed information resources and human resources, promote the human knowledge reached speed, large, high efficiency and innovation.
