个性化服务是现代图书馆业务运行的发展趋势。改变传统的服务方式,构建以用户为中心的图书馆业务运行模式,是目前我国图书馆改革发展的突出任务。其内涵主要是提高技术基础条件,建立完善的新型服务体系。

Individual service is the developmental orientation of operation function in library in modem times. To change the way of conventional order, build library movement pattern whose center is the consumer is an outstanding task in developing library of our country at present. Its connotation is to improve basic condition of skill and found perfect new type serving system.
