摘要
为研究白水中溶解与胶体物质(DCS)对废纸浆脱墨和漂白的影响,选取了3种DCS模型物作实验,结果表明,3种DCS模型物对废纸脱墨浆和漂白浆的白度影响不大;此外,还研究了这3种模型物对不同的脱墨剂脱墨及漂白效果的影响:使用3号脱墨剂(主要成分是脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯以及少量的阴离子表面活性剂)时,脱墨浆的白度较对照浆有了明显的提高;使用1号脱墨剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚)和2号脱墨剂(脂肪酸钠)时,脱墨效果不明显,并且脱墨浆的白度有所降低。
Three model substances were used to study the effect of DCS on waste paper deinking and bleaching. The results show that the effects of three model substances on the brightness of deinked and bleached pulps are not obvious. The investigation on the effects of the three model DCS on the deining and bleaching of waster paper with various deinking agents show that the brightness of deinked pulp decreases when the soap is used as the deinking agent, on the other hand, the brightness of deinked pulp increases when a nonionic deinking agent is used.
