高细度研磨碳酸钙替代高岭土的可行性研究

Analysis on Feasibility of Substituting Superfine GCC for Clay

实验对加添了不同质量比例的高细度研磨碳酸钙(GCC)的单次涂布铜版纸的使用性能进行了比较,结果表明,高细度GCC不仅可以替代部分高岭土来降低生产成本,而且可提高纸张的拉毛强度、白度等。

Experiments were carried out to compare the applying properties of single coated copper printing paper which was filled by different ratio of superfine GCC. The results show that superfine GCC can not only lower production cost by replacing part of clay but also improve the fluffing speed in printing and brightness of the paper.
