摘要
网络技术的发展改变了图书馆的传统服务,对技术优势的崇拜不能以消解图书馆的人文发展为代价。倡导技术与人文关怀的融合、促进"人本"管理、开展个性化服务以及建立科学的人文关怀评价机制与强化图书馆的文化话语权是高校图书馆建设的人文发展必由之路。参考文献8。
Traditional service of library has greatly changed as network technology develops, but the worship of technological advantages should not be at the cost of library human development. Human development for academic library construction must combine technology and humanistic care, promote human - centered management, provide personalized services, establish scientific humanistic care evaluation mechanism and strengthen culture discourse. 8 refs.
