沟通在大学图书馆的参考咨询服务中发挥着重要的作用。文章分析了图书馆参考咨询服务中馆员和读者在沟通上存在的问题,提出了解决参考咨询服务中沟通障碍的相应对策。参考文献5。
Communication plays an important role in reference services of university libraries. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the communication between librarians and readers of the reference services and puts forward some measures to surmount the communication obstacles. 5 refs.
