文章从文献信息资源、读者信息需求、服务观念和服务手段等四个方面分析了网络环境下外刊服务教学科研工作的新特点。提出了强化服务理念、丰富服务内容、加强外刊数字资源建设、提高外刊队伍素质和开展基于网络信息资源的深层次服务的新举措。参考文献8。

This paper analyzes the new features of the service of foreign languages periodicals for the teaching and scientific research under the network environment from four aspects such as information resources, readers＇ information requirement, service concept and service methods, and proposes some new measures such as enhancing serving concept, enriching serving content, strengthening digital resources construction of foreign languages periodicals, improving librarians＇ quality and carrying out deep service based on network information resources. 8 refs.
