摘要
分析了现有水平和上引法连续铸造牵引机构的特点,介绍了双动式棘轮牵引机构的设计与应用,试验说明该机构具有平稳的运动特征,经降噪和机件表面氮化处理,基本上克服了棘轮机构固有的缺陷,为有色金属材料连续铸造提供了一种新牵引机构的选择。试验也表明,如果需用本牵引机构提供的牵引力来盘线收料,则牵引铸坯直径应不大于18mm、头数应不超过5流。
The characteristics of existing horizontal and upward continuous casting withdrawing mechanisms are analyzed. The design and application of the captioned mechanism is introduced. The experiment results show that this mechanism features smooth movement and removes the latent short points of the existing mechanisms after measures are taken for reducing noise and surface nitrogenation. The results also show that the diameter of the casting strands should not be greater than 18 mm and the number of strands not more than five if the mechanism is used to coil the strands.
