摘要
分析了铜合金挤压材常见缺陷(裂纹、气泡、过热、过烧、划伤、扭拧、缩尾、偏心、尺寸超差等)的产生原因,提出了相应的预防措施。生产实践表明,采取这些措施后,有效地改善了产品质量,取得了良好的经济效益。
The causes of common defects （ such as cracks, bubbles, scratches, overheating, twisting, tail reducing, eccentricity , over tolerance and so on） in extruded products of copper alloys are analyzed and preventive measures proposed. The production practice shows that after taking the preventive measures, the product properties are much improved.
