摘要
为确保投资效益,国家对政府投资项目强制实行招投标,在招投标中实行工程量清单计价,为此,文章在计价方面的可行性及操作步骤加以研究。
Bidding is compulsorily made in the government-invested projects in order to secure investment returns, and so is priced in bill of quantities in bidding. For which, the article makes study on the pricing feasibility and operation steps.
