摘要
本文对企业过程再造(BPR)的若干准则,如由员工做决策、自然成形、流程多样化、在最明智的状态下执行工作等进行了模型化研究,证明了它们的有效性和相应的条件.
In this paper, some principles of BPR, such as ' Workers make decisions' ,'The steps in the process are Performed in natural order' , 'Process have multiple version' ,'Work is perpormed where it makes the most sense' , are researched with modeling method, then the validity and conditions are stated.
