摘要 在分析和研究目前较有代表性的车牌定位的算法基础上,提出一种基于形态学梯度差的定位算法,利用最大梯度差检测可能文字图像行,经合并后形成文字图像区域,以达到定位、分割的目的。 On the basis of the more typical algorithm of the plate positioning, another positioning algorithm based on a gradient difference of the morphology is proposed. The possible character image line is detected using the maximum gradient, and the character image region is formed after the mergence in order to achieve positioning, segmentation.
