摘要
强化投标报价决策是勘察设计单位各级经营管理者关注的重点。通过文献研究和现状调查,辨识出我国公路设计项目投标报价主要在现行法律制度和勘察设计单位两方面存在问题。根据博弈思想中的委托代理理论,探讨了二元、多元投标主体的竞标行为,并建立了与企业自身估计成本和预计项目最高成本相关的最佳报价模型。以此为基础,分析了竞标博弈中成本估算、成本管理、成本策略等关键问题和报价策略,这为提高我国勘察设计单位投标报价能力及保持行业竞争力奠定了坚实的基础。
Strengthening the bidding strategies is the focus of all levels managers of reconnaissance and design institute. Through literature research and status quo investigation, to recognize China's highway design project bidding mainly exists problems in two aspects, which is the present legal system and and design institute. According to the principal-agent theory of game thoughts, the bidding behavior of binary is explored, multivariated tender subject and established optimum offer model about the estimated cost of enterprises themselves and tiptop one of project. On this basis, it analyzes the cost estimation, cost management, cost strategy, and other key issues and price strategies in the game of bidding, which lays a solid foundation for enhancing bidding ability of China's e and design institutes and maintaining the competitiveness of the industry.
