Quality Standards for Huangdan Colon Dialysis Solution

目的:建立黄丹结肠透析液的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对大黄、川芎、丹参进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中大黄素的含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴定方法专属性强。大黄素平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.98%。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the quality standards of Huangdan colon dialysis solution. Method： Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix et Rhizema Salviae Mihiorrhizae in this preparation were identified by TCL, and the content of emodin in this preparation was determined by HPLC. Result： The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well. The average recovery of emodin was 98.6%, RSD = 0.98%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, it can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
