摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定痔炎消胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用shim-pack C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10:90),测定波长:327 nm。结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.08～1.28μg,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=5)。结论:操作简便,结果准确。可用于测定痔消炎胶囊中绿原酸的含量。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in zhiyanxiao capsule. Method： The shim-pack C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric, acid solution（ 10 ： 90） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 The detection wavelength was 327nm. Result： The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.08 - 1.28 μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.5 % , RSD = 1.4% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： the method is simple and accurate, it can be used for determination the content of Chlorogenic acid in zhiyanxiao capsules.
