RP-HPLC法测定湿毒清胶囊中丹酚酸B和黄芩苷的含量

Simultaneous Determination the Contents of Salvianolic Acid B and Baicalin in Shiduqing Capsules by RPHPLC

目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定湿毒清胶囊中丹酚酸B及黄芩苷的含量。方法:Agilent SB-C_(18)柱,流动相:A相为甲醇,B相为3.2%冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长为286 nm。结果:丹酚酸B、黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.08～0.71,0.46～11.64μg。回收率分别为97.5%,97.3%;RSD 0.5%,1.6%(n=5)。结论:方法简便可靠,结果稳定,重复性好,可用于湿毒清胶囊中丹酚酸B及黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination the contents of Salvianolic acid B and baicalin in Shiduqing Capsules. Method： Agilent SB-C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was A methanol, B 3.2% glacial acetic acid solution, gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Result. The linear ranges of salvianolic acid B and baicalin were at 0.08 - 0.71 μg（r = 0.999 9） and 0.46 - 11.64 μg （ r = 0. 999 9）, respectively, the average recoveries （ n = 5 ） were 97.5 % and 97.3 % with RSD 0.5 % and 1.6%, respectively. Conclusion ： The method is simple and reliable, it can be used for determination the contents of salvianolic acid B and baicalin in shiduqing capsules.
