摘要
目的:测定黄芩滴眼液的渗透压。方法:根据人体的耐受程度,应用冰点渗透压计测定黄芩滴眼液的渗透压耐受范围。结果:黄芩滴眼液的渗透压在人眼可耐受的渗透压范围。结论:黄芩滴眼液可达等渗与等张要求。
Objective： To measure the osmotic pressure of HUANGQIN eye-drops by apparatus. Method： The HUANGQIN eyedrops＇ osmotic pressure tolerant range was studied according to the tolerance to the patience. Result： HUANGQIN eye-drops＇ osmotic pressure was similar to osmotic pressure of human eye＇s tolerance. Conclusion： HUANGQIN eye-drops is isosmotic solution and isotonic solution.
