摘要
目的:建立妇康洗剂中苦参碱的含量RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromsail C_(18)柱;流动相:乙腈-0.02三乙胺溶液(30:70);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:220 nm。结果:苦参碱在0.624～6.240μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r =0.999 3);平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.25%(n=5)。结论:本法灵敏、准确,重现性好,可作为妇康洗剂中苦参碱的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Matrine in Fukang Lotions. Method： The Kromsail C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile -0.02triethylamine solution （30： 70）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and wavelength was at 220 nm. Result： The linear ranges of Matrine was 0.624 - 6. 240 μg （ r = 0.999 3 ） ;The average recovery was 98.3 %, RSD = 1.25 % （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of Fukang Lotions.
