丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响

Effect of Danhong Injection on Hemorheology of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其对患者血液流变学的影响。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者64例,随机分为两组,对照组32例予以丁咯地尔及甘油果糖等常规药物治疗。治疗组32例在上述治疗的基础上,加用丹红注射液静脉滴注。观察两组在治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血液流变学、D-二聚体、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原等变化。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);纤维蛋白原水平下降(P<0.05),D-二聚体升高(P<0.05),部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间延长(P<0.05),血浆粘度值明显下降(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。结论:丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者有较好治疗作用。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection on treating acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the data of hemodynamies. Method： Sixty-four cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly distributed to control group and therapy group. Thirty two cases in control group were treated regularly witb buflomedil and glycerine fructose etc. and 32 cases in therapy group were injected by Danhong injection on the basis of regular treatment. The prothrombin time（PT） , activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） ,fibrinogen（ Fg）, D-Dimer and hemorheology were observed. Result： The therateutic effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. PT, APPT were prolonged. Fg level, plasma viscosity was decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. D- Dimer level was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danhong injection has good effect on treating acute cerebral infarction.
