摘要
叙述一种采用相位式激光测距提高测距分辨率的方法,给出采用相位式进行激光测距的原理,提出了小型相位式激光测距机的设计方案及相位鉴别方法。着重对精密检相电路进行了较为深入的分析和讨论。
This paper proposes a new method of improving the measurement precision, which is called phase measuring method.The design of the miniature phase laser distance gauge is put forward, and the method to process staistics and phase discrimination is introduced simultaneously.The circuit of digital phase detector is developed in details.
