谈公安法学教育的改革模式

On the Reforming Mode of Public Security Law Education

公安法学教育与教育目标之间、教育实践与公安实际工作之间的游离现象还普遍存在,公安法学教育的职业性特点仍不凸显,学生的运用法律动手操作能力还不强。要解决这一问题,应从引进诊所式法律法和构筑实践教学体系两个方面进行研究探讨。

Today free phenomena are still widely existed between public security law education and educational goal, educational practice and practical affairs of public security. Yet, occupational character of public security law education hasn＇t been shown obviously, and the students＇ operating ability of applying the law are not yet strong. This article carries on the analysis from importing the teaching method of simulated law climic and constructing the practical teaching system in order to solve those longstanding issues in public security law education.
