This article analyses the improvement and the controlling of mechanical noise from equipments in the fields of equipment design, production, purchase,use and so on. It explores the ways of realizing ＂low noise＂from two sides . It also presents the effective methods of controlling and lowing noise from equipments from the links such as design, manufacture, use, and maintenance.
