摘要
随着多种生物基因组的测序、分子生物学及转基因技术的发展,被批准大田释放的转基因植物越来越多。本文总结了转基因植物涉及的外源基因,包括辅助转化的基因、改良植物性状的目的基因及调控目的基因表达的序列等3大类44个基因;列举了美国和欧盟批准大田释放的转基因植物及品系;我国农业部批准的可进口用作加工原料的转基因植物。对转基因植物及加工产品的定性、定量检测技术进行了介绍,包括普通、定量及多重PCR技术、多重PCR结合芯片或肽核酸检测技术,以及基于表达蛋白质的检测技术等,最后对转基因植物及检测技术的发展进行了总结和展望。
With the development of genome sequencing, molecular biology and transgenic techniques, the number of transgenic plants authorized for release was increased rapidly. Genetic elements involved in transgenic plants, including selectable markers, target genes and regulatory genes belongs to three categories (44 genes in total) were summarized in this paper. Plant species and transgenic events authorized for release by US and European Union, genetically modified materials approved for import by the Ministry of Agriculture of China were also summarized. The progress for the qualitative and quantitative detection techniques, including PCR, microarray and combined techniques were discussed in the paper. The development of transgenic plants and their detection technigues were summarized and outlooked at the end.
