摘要
乙酸是合成醋酸乙烯(VAc)的主要原料。近年来随着原油价格的持续攀升,与乙烯法乙酸相比,羰基法乙酸的成本优势凸显。但羰基法乙酸中含碘,严重影响乙烯法VAc催化剂的活性和使用寿命,不适宜用作乙烯法VAc的原料。
Acetic acid is the main material for synthesis of VAc. With the continuous increasing of crude oil price in recent years, synthesizing acetic acid with carbonyl method is superior to ethylene method in cost. However, as the acetic acid synthesized with carbonyl method contains iodine, which seriously affects the activity and service lifetime of catalyst in synthesis of VAc with ethylene method, it is not suitable for material of VAc with ethylene method.
