含油浮渣的卧螺离心机脱水研究

摘要 探讨了卧螺离心机的转筒转速、转筒与螺旋输送器之间的速度差和可调叶轮直径等运行参数对含油浮渣脱水效果的影响,确定了最佳运行工艺条件。研究了浮渣的含水率及含油量对离心脱水效果的影响,结果表明:当浮渣含油量高于10 g/L时,固体回收率可达到80%以上;浮渣含水率的变化对固体回收率的影响不大。 Based on discussion of effects of decanter centrifuge's operating parameters as rotate speed ot rotary drum, differential of screw propeller and diameter of adjustable impeller on the dewatering result of oily scum, the optimal operating parameters were determined. Effects of water and oil content in scum on centrifugal dewatering result were studied. Result showed that solid recovery ratio could reach over 80% when the oil content in scum was over 1 000mg/L, and the change of water content in scum had little effect on the solid recovery ratio.
