摘要
超磁致伸缩材料是国防、航空航天和高技术领域中一种重要的功能性材料。基于超磁致伸缩材料的工作特点,提出了超磁致伸缩材料微位移驱动器的结构原型,详细介绍了微位移驱动器中位移传递和放大机构、驱动线圈及控制电路的设计过程及其设计理论和方法。实验样机采用了多级杠杆叠加的结构形式进行位移传递和放大,实验结果验证了设计理论和方法的可行性和实用性。
Giant Magnetostrictive Materials (GMM) is an important type of functional materials in domains of national defence, aviation, spaceflight and high tech. According to the work characteristic of GMM, the configuration prototype of microdisplacement actuator based on GMM is given. The designing process of transfer and magnify mechanism of microdisplacement, driving coil and control circuitry is presented particularly, and the designing theories and methods of them are proposed in this paper. Moreover, a sample microdisplacement actuator based on GMM with multilevel levers mechanism is manufactured using theories and methods mentioned above and their feasibility and practicability is verified through experiments.
