摘要
结合载人航天器密封舱的实际情况,建立简化的理论分析模型,分析载人航天器内被动吸水材料热、湿传递过程,并讨论了影响湿度控制方案的几个主要条件。系统描述了被动吸水材料设计方案和性能。通过地面湿度扩散试验和飞行试验,验证了该设计方案,证明被动吸水材料设计方案合理可行,在其它湿度控制措施共同作用下,能够满足载人航天器湿度控制的要求。
This paper introduces application of passive bibulous material in Chinese manned Spacecraft. A simplified model is presented to analyze the heat and humidity transfer process of the passive bibulous material in airtight cabin. Influence of several factors on humidity control scheme is discussed. Humidity diffusion ground test verifies the design of bibulous material. The performance of the bibulous material during ground test and flight verify its application is effective and meets requirement of manned spacecraft humidity control system.
