摘要
知识经济时代,随着团队工作设计的广泛应用,如何有效促进团队知识共享已成为现代企业管理中的重要命题。通过静态博弈模型的构建及分析,对多种激励机制在促进团队知识共享上的有效性进行了探讨。研究表明,团队利益共享计划可以产生较好效果。同时,进一步对团队利益共享计划中激励合同的具体设计及如何提高团队成员知识共享的努力程度等方面的问题做了讨论。
With the wide application of teamwork in the era of knowledge economy, how to effectively promote knowledge sharing in teams has become important issue in organizational management. By constructing and analysing static models of intentive mechanism, this paper studies the effectiveness of several incentive mechanisms on knowledge sharing within teams. It is found that team - based incentive mechanism has better effect on knowledge sharing within teams. Moreover, there is further discussion on designing special incentive contract and fostering team members' efforts for knowledge sharing based on the model of team - based incentive mechanism.
