摘要
采用化学沉淀法制备氢氧化镍粉末,通过正交试验和单因素试验,得到反应的最佳工艺条件。以XRD和SEM分析了氢氧化镍粉体的相结构和形貌。结果表明,所制得的样品为-βNi(OH)2。对样品进行恒流充放电电化学性能测试表明,样品具有较好的放电性能,适合于作镍氢电池的正极材料。
Ultrafine powder of nickel hydroxide was synthesized by chemical deposition method. The opti- mum processing conditions were found through orthogonal experiments and independent experiments. The morphological/structural features were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results of XRD and SEM indicate that the synthesized samples were β-Ni(OH)2. It can he seen from the charge-discharge test with constant current that the sample has excellent discharging performance , it is fit for positive electrode of MH-Ni battery.
