摘要 设计了最大转矩为10 N.m的数控材料扭转试验机机械系统,阐述了机械系统加载原理,根据试验机的参数,对步进电机、减速器、联轴器等标准件进行了选择。同时,自主设计了试件夹具及导向支撑机构等零部件。在设计中应用计算机辅助设计软件SolidW orks对组成零件进行了实体建模、装配、有限元分析,以及运动仿真。并结合机械设计理论进行了零件的分析校核,以保证零件安全可靠。 The mechanical system of a numerical controlled material's torsion tester with a maximum torque of 10 N · m was designed. The loading principle of mechanical system was expounded; selections on the standard parts of step motor, reducer and coupling etc. have been carried out according to parameters of the tester. And at the same time, the assembling and component parts etc. of specimen fixture and guiding support mechanism were designed by our own hands. Using the computer aided designing software SolidWorks in the design to carrying out the entity modeling, assembling, and finite element analysis and movement simulation on the composing parts. And the analytic checking on component parts was carried out with the combination of machine design theory in order to ensure the parts to be safe and reliable.
