摘要 将集成优化方法和虚拟样机技术应用于框架传动机构的动平衡研究。以机构摆动力和摆动力矩的多体动力学计算结果为评价指标,直接对机构虚拟样机模型中影响机构动平衡效果的关键参数进行了优化。优化结果表明,机构摆动力的峰谷差降低了97.37%,均方根值降低了28.01%;摆动力矩的峰谷差降低了95.14%,均方根值降低了49.63%,为复杂平面连杆机构的优化动平衡提供了新的方法。 The integrated optimization method and the virtual prototype technology were applied to the study on the dynamic balance of frame transmission mechanism. Taking the calculation result on multi-bodied dynamics of swinging force and swinging moment of the mechanism as the evaluation index, the key parameters that affecting the dynamic balance effect of mechanism in the virtual prototype model of mechanism were optimized directly. The result of optimization showed that the peak valley difference of the swinging force of the mechanism was reduced by 97.37%, its root mean square value was lowered by 28.01% ; the peak valley difference of swinging moment was cut down by 95.14% , its root mean square value was lowered by 49.63%. Thus a new method for optimizing the dynamic balance of complex planar linkage mechanism was provided.
