通过对传统螺杆成型铣刀加工轨迹坐标计算方法的进一步推导,获得了一种可以直接由端面坐标点求解铣刀廓形坐标的计算方法。该方法对加工螺杆泵中螺杆转子的成型铣刀轨迹坐标计算具有较好的实用性。

Through further derivation on the traditional computing method for machining track coordinates of screw moulding milling cutter, a kind of computation method for solving the milling cutter contour coordinates directly from the coordinate points of end surface was obtained. This method bears preferable practicality for track coordinates calculation of moulding milling cutters used for machining the screw rotor in the screw pump.
