On the implicit energy-saving of mining

本文在新《节约能源法》颁布实施之际,分析了国内外矿山节能的现状,提出了隐性节能的概念和研究隐性节能的重要意义,研究了隐性节能的内容并强调了几种对露天和地下矿山隐性节能有重要影响的技术措施和采矿方法。对在我国矿山企业认真贯彻执行节能法具有重要的指导意义。

As the issuing and implementation of 《the Law of Energy-saving》, the present author tends to probe into the current situation of mining energy-saving both at home and abroad and proposes the concept, content and the great importance of implicit energy-saving. Then it is followed by several technological strategies and mining approaches that can exert vital influence on the implicit energy-saving of out-pit and underground mining. This may provide essential guidance for the national mining corporations to properly implement the law of energy-saving.
