摘要
针对天然气发动机稀燃难于着火稳定运行的实际问题.在作者前期对稀燃快燃发动机能量叠加点火系研究工作的基础上.结合天然气发动机运行工况.提出了一种基于单片机技术平台的天然气发动机稀燃快燃点火控制系统,分析了利用单片机技术实现天然气发动机稀燃点火控制的可行性,开发了天然气发动机点火控制电路。在此基础上,重点分析研究了天然气发动机稀燃点火系统的控制原理、控制电路设计及其控制程序设计。最后,利用Keil软件技术开发平台,对控制程序进行了调试运行.结果表明:天然气稀燃快燃发动机点火系统控制原理正确,点火控制方法有效,所研发的天然气发动机稀燃点火控制电路与控制程序.能够满足天然气稀燃快燃发动机对点火控制的基本要求。
Generally, the natural gas (NG) spark ignition (SI) engines are homogeneous charge lean- and fast-burn (HC-LFB) engines, and have main application in city buses, taxis, and gas production regions' vehicles. However, the HC-LFB-NG SI engines are very difficult ignition combustion and unsteady running fueled with actual lean NG. In order to solve these problems, a series of researches have been developed, especially superposed-energy ignition control system of HC-LFB SI engines. Based on these works and the running conditions of HC-LFB-NG SI engines, a spark ignition control system with the SCM technology of which could controlled the ignition processes of HC-LFB-NG SI engines was put forward in this paper. By using SCM technical platform, the feasibility of the ignition control system for HC-LFB-NG SI engines was analyzed; and the ignition control circuit for HC-LFB-NG SI engines was developed. On the bases of these, the control principle of this ignition system, the design of the circuit and the arithmetic of programming were mainly analyzed and investigated. In the end, the ignition control system of HC-LFB-NG SI engines was debugged and run based on Keil technical platform, The results showed that the ignition control principle was correct, the ignition control method was effective, and the ignition control circuit and control program could essentially meet the requirements of ignition control for HC-LFB-NG SI engines.
