摘要
本文介绍了一种油井智能节能控制设备的设计方案,实现了自动求取空抽判据,自动计算停机时间,动态的控制电机的起停时间,可解决目前油田边探井、低产井、挖潜增效井等存在间抽现象明显的井,实现节能降耗目的。
This paper introduces the design proposal of an intelligent energy conservation control equipment for oil wells which realizes taking empty space criteria,downtime calculation automatically,controlling electric machine's start-stop time.It may solve interval pumping phenomena which happens obviously in wells of edge exploratory well,stripper well,well of tapping potential and increasing benefit,etc.It can achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
