摘要
通过四条热轧带钢生产线的设计、建设和运行,较为全面地总结了热轧带钢生产线的设计理念,对热轧带钢生产工艺布局进行了优化,对部分关键生产装备的优选,满足了提高产品质量和生产能力、降低能源消耗、保护自然生态环境、扩大热轧带钢品种规格的需求。
According to the practice of design, construction and running of 4 hot strip production lines, the author summarizes the idea of design, optimizes the arrangement of process layout and production equipment. The result shows that the production lines meet the needs of promoting the qualities and production abilities, lowering the energy consumption, protecting natural environment and enlarging the scope of products.
