摘要
分析了唐钢1650mm可逆冷轧机数字化液压压下系统工作原理,并剖析了该轧机液压压下控制器的数字化改进和液压伺服阀流量线性化控制策略。实现了计算机程序控制,提高了系统的自动化程度和精确度,并为轧机的程序控制向更高精度发展提供可靠的理论依据。
The essay analyses the working principle of the digital screw down system of 1650 mm reversible cold rolling mill at TSISCO and the strategy for screw down controller digitization improvement and linearization control of hydraulic servo valve flow. In this way, computer program control was accomplished and the automation degree and accuracy of the system were promoted. Reliable theoretic base is provided for the program control of rolling mill to develop with more precision.
