摘要 介绍钒氮微合金化的机理既通过钢中增氮后对钒的析出动力学的影响,优化了钒的析出状态,增加了钒的析出强化和细晶强化效应及其在高强度钢筋、非调质钢、高强度厚壁H型钢和CSP产品等产品开发中的应用。 The mechanism of V-N microalloying is explained. After nitrogen was added in steel, the vanadium precipitation state is optimized by the influence of nitrogen on precipitation dynamics. Effect of Vanadium precipitation and fine grain strengthening are enhanced. The V-N microalloying technique was widely used in the development of products such as high strength rebar, non-regulating steel, high strength thick wall H shape steel, CSP product and so on.
